    I have rented an apartment through Jenny for the past 18 months, and she has been a pleasure to deal with. All repairs and maintenance were addressed promptly. Her communications & organisation for inspections or when work was required to the property was exceptional. Overall Jenny has been extremely professional to deal with.

    My partner and I rented an apartment in Dee Why through Stone. When we moved in the cleaning was not up to any standard that would be acceptable and multiple appliances were not working. It seems as if the previous tenants had moved out only a day prior (Which was confirmed by Stone) items of jewelry, clothing and pubic hair were still on top of cupboards and under the bathroom vanity, the shower/bath had not been cleaned, there was food/drink smears on the walls, the toilet remained unflushed and left ‘used’, there was paint, dirt and assorted rubbish/broken furniture scattered throughout the garage and the laundry looked as if it had never been cleaned. It took a total of three months for the dishwasher (which was not working when we moved in) to be replaced despite a multitude of emails from us regarding the situation. Multiple fly screens were not properly attached with gaps present and when they eventually fell off due to high winds repeated requests for them to be replaced fell on deaf ears. Would not recommend and personally will not be renting through Stone Dee Why again.

    I was a tenant with Stone Dee Why for 2.5 years, during that time I had dealt with a couple of property managers due to ladies going on maternity leave etc. Myself and my roommate had the pleasure of dealing with Vatsal and he was our property manager for the remainder of our lease. Vatsal is very professional, genuine & works with both the owners and tenants. I would definitely lease my property through Vatsal and the team at Stone Dee Why.
