    Troubled order that took 21 days to arrive besides Bob promptly delivered it after the order was placed. AuPost lost the parcel and tagged it as "delivered", the parcel magically appeared in my mailbox only after a series of investigations and complaints with AuPost. Bob exceeded himself adding an extra "Fino Verde Basil" which am quite curious about, thanks for being collaborative.

    Poor customer service - ordered items on the 8th Sept, wasn't shipped until the 20th. Received a notification it was dispatched on the 14th, however it didn't leave their warehouse till the 20th. They charge $16.95 for shipping and handling, a very disappointing experience, won't order again.
