Obsessed with the seriously seedy loaf. Proper brown bread is the food item I miss the most from Ireland and I am so happy it's accessible at the Bondi Markets thanks to Paddy The Baker. Also the mince pies are 10/10!
Gf scones are dry, expensive and the texture of the flour is unpleasant.
I love Paddy's range of breads, especially the "Seriously Seedy" gluten free loaf. I don't have to eat gluten free food, just happen to like this version. The 'full leaded' variety is great too, as is Paddy's Potato Bread and scones. Some of the best bread I've ever eaten.
Delicious bread. The 'seriously seedy soda bread' I bought on Saturday, at the Sutherland farmers' market, was indeed very generous with the seeds. I also love the farls. The bread is, admittedly, quite expensive, but it is high-quality and very very tasty.
