Total Tools Taren Point

Excellent customer service. The team here went above and beyond to identify the tool I was describing, then they sourced the tool and had it delivered from interstate. The item arrived with a few days. All other hardware shops were not bothered to assist with my particular request for the tool. The team at Total Tools, Taren Point also assisted me a few months later when I had to remove some parts of my pasta machine. The team at Total Tools are always informative, patient, and solve problems together really well. Highly recommend shopping at Total Tools, Taren Point.

Absolutely legends. Last year Kristian gave me the best deals ever on the tax time savings, one of my items was a special order, due covid took ages to get to the store, I went there 3 months latter, didn't say a word and he goes " hey Rodrigo how are you, sorry mate you item still not here" I don't know how he reminded my name that long later but this just shows HOW GOOD they are with their customer services. This year, went there again for the tax time spend, Tom helped me with the best options I could have, gave me the best advices in how to spend better and which tools I could and should get. Had to come back there today to do a swap and as always NO DRAMAS at all, they are absolutely legends, always helpful, always friendly and always get stuff done for you with the best price. Thanks heaps Guys!

Have been a few times, not really impressed with customer service. Had to order a tool that was out of stock on shelf. I had to pay for them upfront which was no issue but didn’t want to wait a month. When I asked was told “nah mate just a few days”. One month later if having to chase it’s available. Will probably stick with the boys down the road at Sydney tools

I have shopped here on many occasions, staff are always helpful and have good knowledge on the tools they sell.

Recently I have been looking for a solution to organise all my tools and accessories. A few google searches later and I found the Milwaukee Packout system. After trying to call a certain tool shop (3 different locations) and no one picking up the phone after trying to get in contact the whole day, I tried Total tools. Was very helpful over the phone - and I decided to come in to the store to get a better look. Tom was very helpful, took the time to go through all the different options and Packout combinations. I was impressed and we combined a pack for my needs. I decided to order the Milwaukee Packout 106 pce Socket set as well while I was there. Cheers Tom, made the experience enjoyable, I will be back for more Packout gear when I fill this beast! My new Go-To tool shop from now on.
