    Absolutely unprofessional. Submitted an online form for quote and followed up with them over telephone 3 times to get someone to come to my house to take measurements for quote. The guy took measurements and never reached out to me with a quote. It been more than a month. Absolutely unprofessional and waste of time.

    Wow, wow, wow is all we can say!! My partner and I have just purchased our first home together and we decided to put in hybrid flooring throughout our home. After a last minute hiccup with our provider at first, we decided to give Flooring Xtra in Taren Point a crack. We could not be happier! From the moment we met Jacob, to the very last moment the boys completed the job we we were well looked after. We had our stairs done (originally carpet) and the finished product is beyond what we expected. The attention to detail was impeccable and the boys that came in to do the job were more than amazing. Super friendly and more than happy to answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend Flooring Xtra, Jacob and his team to anyone. Thank you very much Jacob! We are extremely happy and can definitely enjoy our new home! 😊😊

    I strongly recommend the team at Carpet Culture Flooring Xtra ! Jacob showed up most Professionalism, Patience and Personality! He was extremely knowledgeable and went beyond in service to research information for us. After much indecisiveness on our behalf we choose the colour and style Jacob had recommended in our very first meeting! And to top it off when it came to laying the carpet the tradies were EARLY, quick, efficient and again very professional. Def recommend.

    Marcia and Jacob went above and beyond to help us with our flooring. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they gave us great advice on a very difficult job. We are very thankful to them. Lovely company to deal with. Would recommend them and would happily use them again! Our floors are amazing thanks to them.
