    Avan Nowra's after sales service is non existent. We have tried contacting them over issues and they never return calls, we are completely ignored. I wouldn't recommend Avan Nowra due to their lack of after sales service.

    Appalling after-sales service. Booking in for repairs was hopeless. Phone calls not returned. The job when finally being done seemed rushed and haphazard.

    Went away in my brand new Avan 2 weeks ago for the first time since lockdown . Had a great week away in my Aspire 555 cannot fault this caravan unfortunately made a mistake on the way home and forgot to lock the glass screen door , needless to say I lost the door . Called into Avan Bomaderry Steve the manager ordered me a new one it came in yesterday and was fitted today 17.6.20 by Liam just in time to go away again tomorrow. Can’t thank these guys enough awesome service awesome work in replacing glass door 😎👍
