    Recepcionist EXTREMELY rude! I made a booking via Booking.com for one night and was supposed to pay at the motel. The debit card that was setup in my account has expired, and I didn’t know that. When I arrived at the reception to check in and pay, she treated me like a criminal and didn’t allow me to stay. She cancelled right away, said what I was doing was against law, asked if I’ve been to other hotels before and said “I suppose you haven’t” and was the most rude person I’ve ever dealt with. Feeling terrible after that and would EVER recommend this place to anyone.
