Extremely poor service, rude and lazy staff. They always send their strata fees with due dates within 3 days when the invoices are received. As a strata committee member, I've always had to follow up on tasks I've asked Homeworld Bankstown to action, with very little being done if any at all. I usually had to do their job for them, and often questioned myself what are we paying this company for. Most often, the person I need to speak to is not available when I try following up on things not done, and had to often leave messages with no return calls. An example of their level of no customer service is at one time when I called their office as a result of the office not actioning a request, I respectfully questioned Monique about an awaiting task that had not been actioned, and Monique's response was "Dont talk to me like a child!". Then at our final AGM with Homeworld Strata recently, the owner Peter Poulos, stormed out of the AGM after not like hearing a concern raise about his poor service, soon after all members of our strata complex voted to end our strata management with Homeworld (Very immature and unprofessional from Peter Poulos , especially as the business owner). During our previous AGM last year, we also expressed a concern we had about the poor service from his office, and Peter's response was we are welcome to change Strata Managers if we are not happy with their service, so we did this year. I guess Peters attitude is carried through his staff who all have no people skills and we are all glad at our complex that we no longer have to deal with Peter Poulos and his staff. Even recently after sending 3 emails to Homeworld Strata officially informing them that their strata management is terminated effective immediately and requests to inform us when paperwork is ready for the new strata managers to pick up from their office, it took 3 weeks (after sending them a breach notice) before they finally responded claiming that the paperwork was ready for pick up a week ago (Yeah right). As the previous review/s have commented, I don't know how this company could still be in business. They are very dodgy, and should never be trusted.

The most unprofessional strata/realtors you could possibly come across. Not even sure how they’re still operating. Don’t bother calling them to complain about a strata issue, they’ll just hang up in your face and block your number. Horrible!

They are the worst strata management in the world !! Don’t deal with them they are the worst strata.

“Peter is a great strata manager” if you are okay with being constantly lied to, receiving zero service and potentially your strata fund spent without your authorisation. Bankstown unit fire inquest - google it, the same Peter. Stay away from these people... they lie, they cheat, they don’t follow the rules or abide the law. You either see 1-star reviews from their victims or 5-star reviews from “local guides” they pay. After too many 1 stars, they get someone to give a 5-star. It’s a funny pattern.

Horrible service if I could give less than 1 i sure would. Definitely do not recommend them for your strata management. Deceiving and tricking owners into believing things that strata should fix, by law and in contract of the buildings common property is the responsibility of the owner! Absolutely pathetic. Worst customer service by some woman named Tracey thinking she can speak to people however she pleases thinks she can put her nose in things and people’s personality property. I don’t know why she is still even there, definitely should be sacked. If you’re contemplating strata management, not the Realestate for you.
