Just moved to the area from interstate and very glad to have found this fantastic clinic. The receptionist was patient and caring when I called, it was very easy to get a same-day booking and she was understanding that my dog was potentially infectious and handled it wonderfully. We saw Dr Carrie Lin, she was friendly and warm and excellent with my dog, and very thorough in explaining things to me. Really cannot rate our experience here highly enough, one of the best clinics we’ve been to.
Absolutely shocked reading some of the reviews here. The responses fro the business are the usual, "no client by your name" and other excuses. Cutting a cat's claws too close to the quick and then blaming the animal for being unhappy? I have never seen a competent vet unable to handle a cat. Never in all my years of having cats. I was going to recommend this vet to my friend who has just adopted a rescue. Not now. NOT ever.
First time visit as Marshall street vet was booked out. Same quality service at both sites - kind, considerate, compassionate and professional. Jasper was quite nervous as Boundary Road was a new environment for him, but he relaxed as soon as he heard Bryant's voice. Bryant was also the main reason Jasper finally relaxed when he visits the vet. Love these guys.
This place has real genuine dedication to the pets and owners who visit this place. We saw Dr Carrie Lin who absolutely loved our boy and paid him so much attention! We went to go see her for a severe skin condition and she laid out all the possible options, including any side effects and potential costs involved. It made the medication decision process really easy which is what we all want. Thank you so much for you love and care for these animals!
I have found that Boundary Road Vet are very professional in all aspects in my visits. I was recommended to go to Boundary Vet, and happy that we did.
