    Horrible costumer experience! Bad quality products, unprofessional sales attitude! Bought an item as a gift, I asked sales assistant if it doesnt fit can I come back and change it? She said yes of course, but she said the have almost no stock as they sold out everithing during Christmas. Sales assistant said no information about changing policy of 2 weeks, but she said they are waiting for new stock as there were no items to change for at the time, so I waited. After 3 weeks I phoned up to get information if their new stock arrived. Obviously it still didnt, but finally they told me they will not change it as they have 2 weeks of changing policy. That means I have lost my money. This is how you can get money from people. Well done!
