    The most delicious Anchovy Qassat I have ever eaten. Went back for another. The Ricotta Paztizzi was also very good! We went to the Is-Serkin - Crystal Palace Bar in Rabat last night, as we had heard that the pazztizzi were meant to be the best in Malta. We were underwhelmed - the pazztizzi were dripping with oil and rather mediocre tastewise. On top of that, the guy behind the counter was wearing his facemask below his chin, despite the big prominent sign requiring customers to wear one properly.
