    Disastrous service. Cannot reach anyone by phone. "your correspondent is busy, please call back later" and I called every minute for 3 hours, witness to support. And their phone service hangs up on you. After a hundred attempts I dropped the case. Shameful !!

    Mixed opinion ... For those who call (my old opinion): Telephone service is a disaster. In addition to being "" "" "" "" "" "" "" "" reachable "" "" "" "" "" "" "" "" "" 1h30 per day (!!!!!) nobody ever answers !!! It's been 1 month since I heard "YOUR CORRESPONDENT IS BUSY PLEASE CALL BACK" Suddenly I went there without an appointment and furious ... and there it is day and night, available, kind, cordial, smiling and efficient! I couldn't believe it!
