    It doesn't seem they want to work anymore....brought two pairs of jeans that needed to be hemmed. Despite the staff was in the empty shop, they told me they couldn't take the jeans because it was too late (5 pm on Saturday?? They close at 6..) ... And then they added that they could deliver the jeans after weeks, so it was practically impossible... I will change laundry, despite I use this shop since 2017...

    I had a blanked dry cleaned at this store and when I picked up the cleaned item, I noticed that it had shrunk by 30%. Washing wool at temperatures that are too high makes it shrink, every kid knows it. To make things even worse, the store didn’t refund the whole purchase price because my blanked was not new when I brought it. Hello ? I have to pay the whole price to buy a new one. 5àsec will never see me as a customer again. Other dry cleaners (smaller companies) do a very good job in Luxembourg.

    One of my experiences in this dry cleaning was to recover my blazer with the broken central button? The person telling me it's like that and that no guarantees or refunds are included in the price. So basically too bad for you !? Returned to the charge a few days later to tell them the bottom of my mind, they finally agreed to give me an equivalent button and for free on the said blazer. I would point out that the other experiments have gone well so far.

    If I could have put 000 stars ... my shirts smell bad it has folds everywhere bad work not at all professional and they tell me that mechanical ironing if you wanted a better result you have to pay more and take manual ironing no no no no
