If it could be rated without stars, I would not give a single !!!!!! On February 26, 2021, I had my jacket and winter jacket cleaned at your Penguincz treatment plant in Globus in České Budějovice, and I was assigned order number 803 with a collection date of March 3, 2021. On February 26, 2021, Government Resolution No. 217 was issued, prohibiting the provision of services from March 1, 2021. It follows that upon receipt of the goods at the treatment plant, the service provider knew that the date of March 3, 2021 was not met. After repeated telephone insistence on Mr. Robert Vask, today, ie March 18, 2021, an authorized employee of the Penguincz treatment plant in České Budějovice came to hand me over, according to our joint agreement with Mr. Robert Vask. To my great surprise, things in the treatment plant in České Budějovice are not, despite the fact that they should have been available as of March 3, 2021. The whole matter was resolved in person on the spot with an authorized employee and by phone with Mr. Robert Vask. Unfortunately, the authorized lady did not have a mobile phone and did not show any effort to solve the whole situation. I had to use my mobile phone and start dealing with Mr. Vask. He doesn't know where my things are, even though he was 3.3.2021 to pick up the contract. No one shows an effort to solve the whole situation !! I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!
If it was possible to give a rating without an asterisk, I would do it.. The inability of this treatment plant is maximal! I had a regular down jacket cleaned by the staff, so I almost wouldn't turn it on, let alone wear anything more than a T-shirt. Plus, of course, the jacket was shortened. I'm not even talking about the fact that the term feather can no longer be talked about, because the staff probably didn't even bother to dry the jacket properly and "fluff" the feathers back. I found out the same experience from a friend of mine, also from this treatment plant! I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!
