    Beware of one miss-darker, dark hair. Packages charge more than the actual value according to package parameters. Fresh experience - a small package under 5 cm (was barely 4 cm in height), charged me as above 5 cm, the difference 24.- CZK !!! She's stuck, pretty confident, you can tell from the deal. It wasn't the only bad experience with her, that's why I'm writing. Other ladies / ladies - no problems.

    Unfortunately, the lady at the branch does not understand the difference between the recommended writing and insists on sending as a package. Moreover, he responds arrogantly to my relevant request if I have ever seen what a letter looks like my package is a package. Please train this lady, because my shipment exactly met the recommended writing and the package was sent as a return and surprisingly also came as a recommended writing. I understand that Czech Post needs to earn, but everything is very harmful. :-(
