I have been a long-term customer, but after the following experience I will not come to them, nor will I order anything from this company. I wanted to pick up a prescription for 5 pieces of medicine (vitamin D), but I was told that although they have the medicine, they will only give me 2 pieces so that there is enough for the others. But I can go around other pharmacies. So I really didn't understand why the others couldn't go to another pharmacy. Moreover, it is not a cure without which the others would lose their lives. So from now on, I'll go straight to another pharmacy so as not to delay my way to them unnecessarily.
Pleasant service. Decent selection, good prices. Possibility to pick up the order at the store.
They refused to give me medicine based on my nationality, even though I have Czech insurance. Terror.

Unpleasant first aid kits !!! Unnecessarily queues are constantly formed there, because out of 4 cash registers there are always max. Two. This is despite the fact that there is plenty of a pharmacist there, but I am obviously discussing something more important than caring for customers. They are constantly solving something together and I don't pay attention to customers, even though they see that there are queues. On the other hand, what they will notice when there are more people in the pharmacy or people make smaller distances, so it's not lazy and they will immediately piss you off at the whole pharmacy. For me, the worst pharmacy in Liberec, and only because of the staff. I don't like going there very much, and if I don't have to, I don't go there and I'd rather go somewhere else. I have not yet met a pleasant first aid kit there.
