    Not so happy at the moment with the customer support of this bank. Before 6 months ago I got notice that I have to visit the office to sign another agreement, because my card will be replaced with contactless one. Now 6 months later I did not have any information or uptade. Contacted the local office in Brno, did not received any answer. Then contacted the office in Prague and got an answer, that my card will be replaced, but nobody know when. What is going on?
