Popular place for DIY-store chain. You may find a store assistant which can speak English and able to help. But probably depends about the people and the local negativity. Interesting fact is that you can use the phone application to scan and pay the products. Would be nice to have a customer survey.
I like to come here and just walk around, looking at all the stuff they have. Sometimes I check what some of those tools or devices are used for. It's very relaxing. The staff is also very helpful, you just need to speak and understand a little Czech and they will even spend half an hour describing how to use an adhesive.
Extremely cheeky receptionist at info desk. Customer complains handled so cheeky and rude that hard to even believe. Sucks! Please anybody responsible please explain that lady she has absolute lack of customer attitude. If she does not like her job she could find out the other one. So simple.
The sortiment is extensive and well laid out. It does not take long to find what one needs. The only negative experience was the cashier. But that could be easily explained by my Sunday visit.
The best hardware store in Brno with the biggest assortment. I was impressed after Bauhaus and OBI.
