Super selection of Specialized at good prices. But expertise lacking on staff. I had a guy who looked 12 try to sell me a CZK100k bike.
Unfortunately, I can only evaluate reluctance. If a person has a Specialized bike and has a problem specifically with Brain, which other services recommend only purely to a branded service, then in the vicinity of Brno he has quite a problem, as I repair Svorada wheels only with bikes purchased from them. These are double the minus points for both Specialized due to the unavailability of service and for Svorada Wheels, as with this experience I will hardly consider buying a new bike in this store.

I ordered a Specialized bike (Rockhopper expert) and asked about the appropriate bike size when I am only 160cm tall. I was recommended size M, which I ordered, but my bike is big. Due to the current situation on the market, they cannot exchange it for the size S, which is recommended for my height. At the time of ordering, this would not be a problem and it was enough to provide the information recommended by the manufacturer. If I order anything else in this store, I will no longer rely on the information of its dealers / employees. The bike is otherwise great.
