Randy and his staff were excellent in every way. Always helpful, courteous and done with a smile. The property is beautiful and intimate. The grounds are well maintained and safe. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful and the rooms are modern, clean and perfect for a quick getaway or an extended stay. I highly recommend if you are considering a stay in beautiful Placencia.
Entire staff welcoming, friendly and fun. We had an amazing time here and this little resort is perfect for a Caribbean getaway! Walking distance to many of the best restaurants and bars and amazing amenities.
Perfection. Thanks to Randy and the entire CBC team for an extra special visit at this serene oasis. Quiet, and beautifully appointed. Excellent amenities and stellar service. Our group of 8 felt, as a small sign by the best declares, "come as a guest, leave a friend." I will definitely plan to be back here as soon as I can.
4 of us stayed in the Hacienda earlier this week. WOW! What an amazing stay and property. The staff, Lucas and Jasmine, were incredible. The breakfast tacos were our favorite meal in all of Placencia and the CBC team was willing to cut us open fresh coconuts anytime we asked! We are definitely coming back here and bringing more friends!
Just such an idyllic location coupled with a private sort of beach walk that just took tranquility to another level. Spent our new Year staying in the 2 bedroom hacienda that is perfect for two couples overlooking the sea from their personal balcony perched on the second floor. What I loved is the eclectic crowd that the place attracts and within no time we were hosting people on our terrace for champagne (on the house) for new year's eve 2020. Now I understand 2020 has its challenges but the staff took very good care of us despite the 8 pm curfew that was a bummer. The place is littered with beautiful artworks designed by the owner and the manager was kind enough to gift us two paintings on checkout. This painting proudly adorns my own villa back in India constantly making me reminisce about our stay there. Looking to be back soon and make Placencia and CBC our annual holiday.
