    When I walked into the dealership in Westlake, I instantly felt comfortable and welcomed! I had left a dealership the day prior because I didn’t have a good feeling about my salesman, so this was very important to me. From start to finish I felt like a priority to Eddie Santiago and he answered every question that I had. I loved the experience so much that I’ve already been telling friends and family that they should only go to Serpentini!     I will say that Jose took care of us from start to finish. He is the most pleasant salesperson that we have ever encountered. I can't say enough about how much he helped us out and provided such great excellent customer service. Brandon was very easy to work with and so professional. Those two made for an overall enjoyable purchase experience.

    The service underwriter was delightful. We went in for our first oil change after getting our certified pre owned vehicle. Two 4 days later we had a dead battery. To find out that there is no load test done to the battery in the certification check list or in the standard inspections. Upon looking our battery was the original battery from 2017. I guess my issue is that they don't treat the vehicles like they used to. No real servicing unless a computer says so. If the plug in doesn't say so it's a no go. My family are service workers, we understand what it means to be through. If your steak at a restaurant isn't right you send it back, if your service isn't right, OH sorry about that it's a used vehicle.
