    Mellisa did my cut and color and it came out absolutely amazing. She was very personable and answered my questions and gave me honest feedback. All of their products made my hair feel and smell fantastic. Kate round brushed and dried my hair and was so much fun to chat with. Will absolutely be coming back

    I love love LOVE Vanity Lab. I see Ashley, and she always does the best job. I have super thick hair, and she’s able to handle it and makes it look fabulous with my cut and dye job. I’ve been coming here for about 5 years, through different hair trends and styles, and always walk out extremely satisfied! They also have a super cute boutique in the front of the store with jewelry, candles, Cleveland merchandise, and other unique accessories. I have bought lots of gifts for people, as well as myself!! Recommend to women and men in the Cleveland area looking for an awesome, friendly, stylish salon and boutique!

    Over-all a visit to Vanity Lab is a great experience. It begins when you walk through the door with a decor which is very eclectic, chic and always changing. Great gift shop with jewelry, candles, cards and super cool one-of-a kind treasures (reasonably priced) and sourced from many local artisan's. Super friendly and professional staff and I always walk out feeling like a million! Love the vibe and highly recommend.

    Piper does a great job with my hair! I always get the best color and cut. The whole staff is always friendly and attentive. They have some really cute jewelry and gift items too. Great salon with a great vibe: )

    I’ve been going to The Lab for 4 years now and I love it! I see Sam there and always trust her with my hair color and cut and she always has fresh ideas about different styles and colors and when it’s time for a refresh or a change! She always listens to what you have in mind and makes it work so you leave feeling so cool and sexy! I look forward to my relaxing appointments and truly love all the stylists there they make you feel so welcome and comfortable! If you’re not going here to get your hair done you are missing out!!!!!
