Solved my issue fast
The worst service ever. I do not want to talk about BRD in general, but about this specific office which has low quality and slow service. Will NOT ever come to this primitive type of customer service. Do not come here for any activity with the bank's personel. ATM service and Bill payment ROBO device work well
The worst bank ever, it charges you a fee without notifying you, the application is in vain, it took me 5 lei per month and because it was a balance of 0 it didn't appear with -, when I went to close the account I had to pay 50 lei, if I kept it open for 5 years only with the verification on the application, I had no idea that they would put 5 lei per month.
The worst experience in a bank! I felt like a thief just because I was wearing a tracksuit and I wanted to deposit some money into my euro account. After a discussion with the bank's director who agreed that I can deposit the money without supporting documents (since I did not exceed the ceiling allowed by the NBR!) I go back to the counter and guess what the front office employees ask me again: statements, statements and so on I didn't deposit the money either and I didn't get to the gym either! You don't even deserve a fifth of the corner of a star!
No star is worth it. Mockery.
