    Nu recomand aceasta firma au o politica veche de as vinde produsele nu ți se returnează bani și nici un produs mai ieftin doar sa cumperi un produs mai scump !! Atenție mare este o escrocherie ❗❗❗

    I bought about two months ago, from here, some boots and today, just when it snowed, I cut the sole of both boots, transversely, completely, up to the skin, the material they are made of. I gave 300 RON, approximately, meaning they weren't cheap either. It was warm and beautiful outside, dwci, I didn't wear them too much. I will notify the consumer protection, because I don't have the voucher anymore, obviously, don't expect this to happen after a few behaviors. Horrible!!!!

    Instead of being more and more open, this store follows an outdated policy. I bought a purse for 179 lei for my grandmother and when I got home, I saw that it had a green print on the inside and the next day I went to return it. I mention that I didn't even break the label, I also had the receipt and everything. Although less than 24 hours had passed, the lady there did not agree to return it, she asked me to buy something else. After discussions and discussions, I decided to look for some jackets, I tried them, although they were made of leather, they were very uncomfortable but what was I to do? If the store did not agree to accept my return without any defect, worn at all, with the receipt ....... never enter this store again

    The Romanian company of 2 lei with the very bad return procedure of 100 years ago, are light years ago. Also, the products are of doubtful quality, we brought a bag back because it has many defects and they do not want to return our money in those 30 days warranty. They want to take the backpack and it takes 15 days until they reach the company at the "big boss" as they said in the store to do all kinds of expertise and only then they will choose if they return the money. It depends on the disposition of the "big boss". I do not recommend this shop!
