    The lady in the square called the plaza, the one with the gray hair, is of an indescribable arrogance. After my card didn't work so I could pay, I suggested I try to pay by phone, at which point he said, in a totally inappropriate attitude, "you're very smart," I told him he didn't an ok attitude towards me and started arguing with me. Thanks to the immediate store for the quality staff it hired. I can understand that we all have bad days, but I would never allow myself to offend a stranger just for a system error.
