    We bought a metal wardrobe with several flaws and scratches, even though we paid extra packaging costs just to avoid being scratched. When trying to return the product, we had the unpleasant surprise to find out that the company does not receive the product back unless it is in perfect condition, probably expecting it to be repaired. Their response to the defect reporting was that the signature confirming receipt of the object is equal to confirming that the object is not defective, although when you receive the object, you can not verify it because it is packaged. But you can not even open it just yet, as the delivery is made at the entrance to the building. Tip, although it is absolutely awkward to unpack the pack in front of the block, it is better to do than to pay 1200 lei for a product you cannot use. Pro tip: don't buy from them!
