    Unfortunately, I had the same unpleasant experience. If I read the previous reviews I would have thought twice before ordering from this site. I ordered a product on 28.02.2021. Depending on the status of the order, the order was processed the next day. Since then, 10 days have passed without any sign of life from this store. I tried to contact the company's e-mail and telephone and, after many attempts, I came across a "lady" who promised to call me during the day, but, pause. It turned out to be the most frivolous store I ordered from online (and there are many). PS. after I wrote the above comment I received an email telling me that the product is no longer available at the displayed price but at a much higher price ...... They are pathetic .....

    After 3 weeks from the order I still haven't received the product. I notice I'm not the only one. No one answers the phone posted on the site. Seriously, I do not recommend!

    Unfortunately I had a not at all pleasant experience! :( The site presented the product with a very good price and "supplier stock" status, which is why I placed the order. Only after 5 days from placing the order, after daily attempts, someone answered my phone to -tells me that they don't actually have the product in stock and that if I want it at the price displayed on the site, I can get a resealed one I also accepted this option! to find out what stage my order is in (the sales person has not answered my calls in the meantime), I find out that the product is no longer in stock, at any supplier and that I cannot deliver it to me. :) ) I told them that I would have appreciated if at least someone had informed me in the meantime so as not to waste 10 days unnecessarily waiting for a product that would not be delivered .... With a more efficient communication, things could have stayed otherwise, I would not have been so disappointed.
