    A very bad experience for online shopping. I placed the order and upon delivery they informed me that they did not find certain products and will only withdraw the money for the products found. Nobody called me that in other places maybe I wanted to be replaced or found another product instead, nothing nothing. And what's really annoying is doubling the card payment. They blocked my initial amount and later actually doubled the payment: they withdrew me while I was making the delivered order, but they did not unblock my paid amount when placing the order. And the interest from the customer service for their mistake was ZERO.

    I'm wasting my time creating an online account. The worst experience. You can't order without an account and after losing more than 10 minutes to make an account I realize that they have such a bad platform that nothing works. The cell for entering the postal code is inactive and without the postal code I cannot create the account. Waste of time. Avoid getting angry. Buy from other hypermarkets.
