    Do not recommend it. Very bad experience. But if you do use their services do not bring back the car cleaned and with the tank full. If the car will have the smallest scratch, they will keep you deposit. But if you bring the car with no fuel, and dirty, they can not do something about that. I really took care of the car because I like it very much. But because the roads in Romania are like that, they found a little scratch on the car. Really little scratch. And when I took the car, they were in a hurry, and they didn't let me inspect properly the car. I bring back the car cleaned and with full tank, as a responsible person, but they kept the whole guaranty, even if the scratch was really small, because this is franchise fee. So, very bad experience.

    Very good experience. The site is very well done, you know exactly what you are paying. Good cars, in very good shape. Although, when I pick up the car, they didn't let me inspect very well the car, when they take the car back, they inspect the car for 10 min, even if I cleaned it very well, and no incidents happend. This is the only negative thing, it was a little upsetting, and made me feel strange, like an impostor. But anything else was good. I will work with them in the future.

    I rented a car from them last week. I'll share likes and dislikes based on my experience: Likes: - you can pick up and return the car to any location. We ordered the car at our address and payed the extra 20 eur for this service. It's a nice to have option which not may rental companies have. - site is quite user-friendly - you have the option of paying in different currency. Dislikes: - we got a different car than what we ordered. There was no prior notice done. I would have expected a call to at least know I would receive a different car. The car we got worked fine though, but we really wanted the one we ordered. - you need to ask for the Full to Full option. It's not their default option. I did request this per email and the car came Full tank.
