Mergem de cativa ani la acest cabinet, eu si sotia mea. Dl. Dr. Mircea-Bogdan Cazaceanu este medicul nostru de familie. Experienta pe care o avem este necrezut de buna. Domnul doctor este de o extrema punctualitate, nu cred ca am asteptat in toti acesti ani in total mai mult de 15 minute. Totul este perfect organizat, nu e imbulzeala, inghesuiala, nu sta nimeni in picioare. Domnul doctor este un medic foarte competent si empatic fata de absolut toti pacientii. Nu mai spun ca am comunicat frecvent prin email, fie pentru a solicita o programare sau o reteta compensata, fie pentru a trimite rezultatul unei analize de la un medic specialist, fie pentru a cere un sfat pentru o problema medicala urgenta. Azi de exemplu am trimis un rezultatul unor analize si am primit raspuns de la domnul doctor in mai putin de 1 ora. Toate fisele de pacient se stocheaza in calculator, domnul doctor stie exact ce analize ai facut, ce probleme de sanatate ai, ce ti s-a prescris si are imediat o imagine completa a starii de sanatate. Evident, aceasta presupune ca si pacientul sa trimita regulat la cabinet toate analizele sau rezultatele consulturilor efectuate la terte cabinete. Sotia mea si cu mine suntem foarte multumiti si ne consideram foarte norocosi ca putem merge la acest cabinet.
