Beautiful view and clean room in this old hotel but lacks a trained staff. Had a broken TV that could easily have been corrected by moving me to another room in this otherwise nearly empty hotel but the staff kept trying new cables and flipping channels. After an hour the staff relented and gave me my new room. At $30 a night in a town where rooms rent for $8 a night I expect a bit more. With just a few little changes the Mekong Dolphin can be the 5 star hotel in Kratie.
Nice Mekong river view hotel
Filthy rooms, riddled with mold. The linens were stained, towels unclean, the sinks didn't drain, toilets weren't flushing properly, and the service was unhelpful. I would never book here again.
Friendly welcome, hot water but cold breakfast. Yes, clean but not 100%. Better you don’t ask the replacement of the bed lamp bulb at 8 PM. Too late will be the answer. Maybe one star (in the sky) not 3 stars for sure !! Reviewed and certified by my wife.
The big hotel in town with fully set up amenities, The location also well in city center, it also nice view along the riverside, very great view of sun set. the price is reasonable price. I am strongly recommend this hotel.
