Cheap and nice Bungalows. Really friendly people. Thank you Mrs and Mr Tree for your welcome!

Awesome place, plenty of wildlife which adds to the experience. Staff are friendly and welcoming, stayed here for 2 nights. Food was good, nice to have some decent western food after travelling for several months. Hot shower and cosy but basic rooms. Bring insect repellent!

Unfortunately the place seem to not Mantainance after Covid. It is still open, but was not clean properly. The lobby and reception was a bit mess and not clean. Room was cheap, only 7$ for double bed. We would have stay there if it a bit more organize. We love the view there though!

Not bad for $7/night and an excellent jumping off point for tours with the Mondulkiri Project. A few things could've improved our stay: the rat problem is serious. We were encouraged to bring snacks for our tour, which we did, but when we arrived, we saw signs in the room saying not to leave food in your bag because rats will damage it. There was nowhere to store our food in the room, so we wrapped up our food as best as we could and hung it up high. Sure enough, when we left for about an hour to get something to eat, we came back to find a big rat rummaging through our food bag. We had to throw a few things out. It would be extremely helpful for the owners to provide a rat-safe way to store food, even a collective one. Other than that, the room is fairly comfortable (expect to hear lots of wildlife sounds throughout the night, mostly rats though haha). The food at the lodge isn't great, and it takes AGES to get it (we waited up to 45 minutes just to receive a fruit shake... It became a game with us to time how long it would take to receive our food!). The staff is kind but disorganized and severely miscalculated our total food bill at the end of our stay. They don't speak English very well which made it difficult to order. Overall, it served its purpose, but we probably wouldn't stay here again.

Lovely, quaint bungalows located very near the city center. The staff is very friendly and will help organize tuk tuks for you if need be. The rooms are equipped with mosquito nets, outlets, and hot running water (which I was not expecting!). The food served here is absolutely fantastic as well— breakfast, or dinner. Because of the warm hospitality and coziness, I would definitely come here again if I am in Mondulkiri.
