    Before virus i always gave them a 5. Since March service has been erratic. Psckage pick up is impossible before noon. When mail has been posted to boxes. Line to pick up packages is often as long as lobby, and personnel knowledge is spotty. Many more people bringing in tracking info which says package arrived but was never received. Always have only one person on pick up window and only two in lobby...never anymore. I am assuming personal has been cut.

    A good post office in good scenery part of town. Good employees, good service. I recommend this good company, also vvta bus stop next to it. 1 stamp as seen on receipt is .55 cents. 10 stamps $5.50

    Well I have lived in apple valley going on 4 years now an still I get other people’s mail. And some are getting my mail . This is a no brainer for your delivery drivers . Were I live each home has a space number it’s just that there in to much of a rush . I have gone through 4 mail Men 2 that were women. Still delivery’s are messed up. Re.train or start firing some of these slackers that just want to get done and go home kind of attitude.
