    I’ve lived at alberts since 2013 and have spent some time at each building. I’ve always had a pleasant experience with the staff here and whenever I’ve needed a repair or assistance they always get back to me rather quickly. The only negative points I have are the other people who live here and don’t pick up after themselves but hey your going to deal with that no matter where you go. I haven’t had any bug issues on my end like some others have mentioned either. Overall I have had a good time living here; it’s dog friendly, free gym membership, close to campus, good location, and friendly staff.

    Lovely apartment, great service. Definitely I would recommend to people around San Diego. Special thanks to Tom (Service person) who found my lost wallet and took his time to find me and give it.

    Best customer service! They are very considerate, and always provide quick response. Free breakfast on the go, free hot cocoa and chai on rainy evenings...awesome hospitality! Happy to live here! :)

    If I could zero star this place I would. My girl friend just bought a new parking spot from the office and as she pulled into it behind Lee Plaza a massive nail went into her tire. The office was kind enough to say, "That could have come from anywhere, that is not our problem". Usually when dealing with residents in an apartment complex you would believe to think the leasing office would do more to help. There is construction going on right next to the parking spot with many vehicles including maintenance cars, trucks, and golf carts. All these vehicles contained building equipment including nails and screws! When asking maintenance they simply said, "We do not use that type of nail or screw, not our problem or fault". On top of this I visited a different time to find nails and screws on the pool deck. My girl friend cut her toe on a nail/screw while we were at the pool. This is dangerous and a nightmare to both residents and visitors. I do not recommend going anywhere near this place. It is not worth your safety! Attached below are photo proofs of these horrible incidents.

    Alberts college service department is amazing... quick to solve all your problems you might have in your unit, especially with any plumbing issues... all the staff there are friendly and eager to help with whatever problems come up... fantastic place to live👍
