They rudely ignore you and will not acknowledge you standing there until they are good and ready. If you say, excuse me the barely acknowledge you and say just a minute but that minute lasts until they feel like it. I been here several times and left tips, they still treat me like I don't exist. I hate rude people who are ungrateful for their easy job. There are hardly any customers ever there. I ordered ahead, just a coffee and this isn't the first time it's happened. I get there and there are 5 people behind the counter two in the store and I still had to wait forever for just a simple cup of coffee. And asked twice if I could just ask a question and was told to wait. Never did let me ask my question. So rude.
