    A ban on plastic just made it more difficult and stressful for me to eat in Imperial Beach. I had dinner at least 4 times a month their. Now I am just going over to Chula Vista or Bonita.Banning plastics was a mistake, finding a solution to controlling it should of been the right path to take. Good luck IB. I will miss eating at Mijos, Coronado Brewing, Chipotle and Panchos taco shop.
