    Serious musicians, studio, fruit trees, and a swimming pool. Better known now as "The Funny Farm 530" The cats are cool, but the dog will eat your cheese, licorice, or anything else that you leave out. Well stocked refrigerator most of the time, bring toilet paper if you use it, clean up after yourself, and don't waste water or electricity. Its a good idea to bring enough food for 5-10 people, beer is welcome here, smoking outside only. might have to sleep on the couch. Cow tipping is frowned upon. Counseling is available before beer thirty. There is plenty of parking.
