Called agency to get a quote on homeowners insurance. Left a message for Yvette, no call back after 3 days. Called again, Yvette answered and I gave her my information to get a quote. Two weeks later and still no call back. So much for trying to business in my neighborhood. Update, Yvette did leave me a message. The agency is in transition and my information got lost in the shuffle. Just the wrong time I think, as others have had a great experience with this agency. Will try again next renewal.
Can't pick up phone or call back
I have been with Grange Insurace for almost 50 years first with Yvettes mother and now Yvette for over 20 years I have had the best service anyone could ask for even when we were flooded in 97 with no flood insuance they gave us some help getting us back on our feet.
