First, the male that attended my mother and I was very rude. He wasn’t just rude to us but to other clients as well. We witnessed him being rude to another client who came in asking for services. Then the results were not what we expected. We came in for fill-ins and as you can see in the pictures he didn’t completely fill them in. The polish chipped very easily, and the sides of the nail were not polished. These pictures were taken about two days after getting them done. I just want to add that the nails were not altered in any way. We were not satisfied at all the the services at this place and we will not be coming back.
My go-to for gel manis and pedis! They never fail me! The gel stays on and does not lift like when I go somewhere other than Rose nails(by Raleys). Friendly staff. Always welcoming and quick service. Highly recommend!
The photos they have posted here are definitely not what you’d get. The shaping of the acrylic nails I got were not very pretty. He did not take his time or even ask me if I liked the shape. Idk what they used but it’s been a month and the nails won’t come off. It ripped off my natural nail when trying to get it off. The pedicure was mediocre and the massage was not at all satisfying. It was too expensive for the poor quality.
When I visited this establishment I asked if they had an opening for manicure pedicure and they said they did. My pedicure was performed well but when it came time to do the manicure they handed me off to another woman and all she did was paint my nails. She didn’t soak my hands, trim the nails or cuticles, massage or moisturize. She polished my nails so fast and left. When I asked for a full manicure they told me I could wait until the manicurist picked up her kids. What?? So rude and unprofessional, I would not recommend to anyone, ever. I paid $75 for a pedicure and my finger nails painted.
Went here to get a pedicure and I was surprised the prices were as high as they were. 45 dollars for the “deluxe pedicure” only for them to massage for about a minute. The nail polish was also applied kind of sloppy. I kind of feel like I got ripped off. The ladies were really nice, but the quality of the whole experience didn’t seem like it was worth 45 dollars. I would probably go somewhere else.
