    I called for an appt & they didn’t want to schedule me over the phone. They wanted me to use the app. If I’m calling it’s because I don’t want to use the app. I requested to speak to the manager. It took him 6.5 hours to call me. All to say that one of the is on leave & she’s expected to come back. He recommended to call that morning for an appt. as her schedule would be open. BS. I ended up having to schedule an appt through the app & I was 7 minutes late so they canceled my appt.
