    I’ve recently gotten into bubble tea, so have been trying them from different brand. The Brown Sugar Deerioca and Milk Tea is easily the best I’ve had. The pearls are so soft and have the perfect amount of chew. Shop is spacious and staff were making orders quickly.

    The Alley Lujiaoxiang has been a sensation in Vietnam for the past years for their signature brown sugar pearls milk tea ( Tra sua tran chau duong den). With the high Vietnamese population in Bankstown, opening the Alley is a wise move. I first visited the store when it first opened in 2019, and it was a let down for the underwhelming brown sugar milk tea. Try mixing very boiling water with some ice, you get warm tea, not cold tea. It took ages for the drink to be ready. Nowadays, this special drink is usually sold out.

    The place is very nice with lots of tables to sit at. The Dalgona Coffee Milk Tea was very good. I will definitely get it again. The place is well lit and has power ports for charging your laptop or phone. There is also a car park opposite this place so it is really convenient to get to.

    Love the tea here. First tried the brown sugar bubble tea and fell in love. Have been back many times since. Very chic looking, Highly recommend!
