    I just wanted to say what an amazing experience I've had as a tenant with Martin, Hill Gardner. Apart from the immaculate efficiency of the organisation, Daniel (Martin) is a first class property manager. So obliging, so personable, so kind, so responsive, pragmatic and seemingly unflappable. He really went the extra mile for me and was available when I had an issue over the xmas break! I can't recommend this company high enough to any owner wishing to place their property in Martin Hill Gardner's hands. They will find you great tenants and take care of the properties to a very high standard. It's like a good friend you can trust. That's how they run their business. Thanks guys!

    Absolutely unethical and possibly the worst Real Estate I have dealt with. Not one single repair was carried out whilst we rented from them, and then they Basically ripped us off over $1000. Stay well clear of. You can see they don't have too many good reviews. Dishonest. Very Dishonest. I wish they had minus stars to rate them with.

    Terrible business ...while living in the premises nothing got fixed after emails and going in to see them ! Had no working oven for over a year! Then when we lefT after giving two weeks notice because the place was damp and nothing was getting fixed they asked if we could be out by the Saturday after the two weeks was up as they needed to show the place ( obviously not fixing anything before hand!) Then they still charged us the extra week wich was taken out of our bond without telling us! Steer clear and if you have to deal with them be very careful keep all emails and corrspondence.

    Worst real estate company I have dealt with in my 20 year renting experience. Moved in to a house in Knight St Arncliffe, and the previous owners junk was littering the garage for 2 weeks , when finally removed , the garage floor is covered in oil . Old fridge and washing machine still haven't been removed from the property 1 month after tenancy, reciepts haven't been reimbursed for neccessary repairs made to the property, I.e no garage locks , door handle, exterior gate latch, after I was told they would be . Was told that owners were planning on removing carpet , fin out a week later that they have backed out of that. Carpet hadnt been replaced literally since 1963. Had to fix the floor ( rip out carpet and polish floor boards) and was told that the owner would organize removal of old carpet and pay reimbursement for cost of materials ( hasn;t happened 1 month after the fact) . Now having had to organize rubbish removal ourselves at our own cost. Labor was provided at my expense. Numerous Power points aren't working, electrical hazards with broken light switches, water heater leaks a copious amount of water, oven only partially works, a window is missing its surround. Was told a commercial cleaner would be used to get the place back to a base standard of cleanliness , as there is dust , stains, dirt, grease and dirt over sills and inside cupboards, ovens not cleaned and rusty , light fittings and vents covered in thick layers of dust etc, old paint equipment left soaking in sinks and strewn around the backyard and never removed. Martin Hill Gardner has reneged on the promise of a cleaner ,mentioning that I knew what the state of the place was when I moved in . ( even though I was told that the owners were to clean the place in the time between signing and moving in ) Pretty much every promised that was made has been broken. Appointment times weren't keep numerous times. I understand that real estate companies don't make a huge amount of money leasing, but it is their responsibility to make sure that a property is of a certain minimum standard with the landlords before placing on the market, or before tenancy. . It is also not as though the price of the property is cheaper than standard market rents for properties in the area of above average condition to warrant this type of lackadaisical attitude. I would give strong advice to go with another real estate company given the chance .
