    The number one martial arts school in Bayside if not all of Sydney. Robert and his entire team are not just trainers but family. It’s not just the self defence that is taught but confidence, respect and honour. Five stars is not enough of a rating.

    Great gym. Have been training there for a while and would call it almost like a family. The coaches are very knowledgable and their is a range of belts so there is always the perfect training partner.

    The ultimate defense academy/roots BJJ/hapkido UDA is a professionally run dojo by Robert Naumoski a 3rd degree black belt in BJJ and Zak angelevski a 4th Dan black belt in hapkido and a first degree black belt in BJJ. My son and I both participate in BJJ and hapkido at UDA. from the moment we walked through the door both of us with no experience what so ever we felt a part of the family from the get go, not only are you trained by some of the best martial artists going around, you are trained by some of the most humble martial artists on and off the mats. Wether you are an experienced martial artist or just a beginner you are welcomed with open arms and that is what is so beautiful about UDA rockdale. I am very proud to be apart of this dojo, i strongly recommend to anyone to come down to UDA and give BJJ or hapkido or even both ago, it’s clears the mind is great exercise and you form some great friendships. RESPECT HONOR LOYALTY FAMILY
