I had a good purchasing experience at Putnam Mazda. The Good: - Randy R. in sales was excellent to work with. No pressure, prompt communication, and very trustworthy. Would absolutely work with him again. -The dealership itself is very nice and clean and all staff follow social distancing protocols. - Kyle in finance was very quick and efficient. He wrapped up all our paperwork and had us in and out faster than any other dealer I've purchased from. He offered clear, concise explanations for every document we signed. Really a painless process. The bad: - The trade-in they offered for my vehicle was very low compared to what other dealerships were willing to give. We got nearly double their appraisal from Carmax.

I purchased my first car ever here after comparing prices at different Mazda dealers. This place offered the cheapest price. Nestor gave us a good quote for the Mazda cx30 and we purchased it right away. I would strongly recommend Nestor because he didn’t just sell the car, he also showed me all the Special Features of the car and took the time to demonstrate them. Great experience.
Had the easiest and convenient experience with Putnam Mazda. Had been getting information from other Mazda dealerships this past weeks, but Konstantin from Putnam Mazda was the one who helped me finalized a decision. He was upfront with the deal, he was able address all my concerns and responded quickly. Even after the sale, he would still follow up if I was satisfied with the vehicle or if I have any concerns. Would definitely recommend. Make sure to give Konstantin a ring for your future vehicle needs.
I had a wonderful experience at Putnam Mazda. Dominic Paifu Chang was a consummate sales representative. Informative, available, but no at all pushy. He allowed me to take my time and make a decision without rushing me during the 2 weeks it took to make up my mind. The lease / finance representative, Kyle, was also very helpful when it was time to sign my lease and make some final decisions regarding different packages available to me. All in all, I had a great experience and would definitely refer friends and family to work with Putnam Mazda. Thank you.
