WOW! I don't even know where to start. I first got a call from Juan a few days ago because I had inquired about a truck. I didn't think about purchasing a vehicle at all today and just wanted to shop around. No pressure whatsoever from anyone! Long story short, I ended up purchasing an SUV. Sometimes driving 3 1/2 hours to purchase a car is well worth it! After searching for the car that we wanted for months, we found the car of our dreams at Putnam Ford. Our initial conversations with Ulysses were so positive and helpful that we decided to take the journey to San Mateo to test drive and ultimately purchase our Mustang GT Premium. Ulysses was so helpful and polite and made us feel like family. He was what a car salesman should be. Erik, the finance manager, made the paperwork go by smoothly and efficiently. Max, the sales manager, was there throughout the transaction ensuring that everything went smoothly and making sure we were well taken care of. Can't say enough about these gentlemen and the positive experience we had with Putnam Ford. We will gladly drive hours to see them again when we are in the market for a new car again.
