    I just spent the last hour trying to write a novel, and decided to keep this to the point- AutoKraft is by far the BEST automotive service center I’ve personally ever been to as of this day and is the first ever to be completely honest and transparent. Alex and the team provided some of the most genuine feedback and thorough review on our Jetta GLX that’s been sitting for some years. The level of honesty and integrity that they provided is unlike any I’ve ever experienced and wish other shops would do the same. I highly recommend them to you and your family for your vehicles service needs!

    you can stop the search because this is the best german auto shop around. i love autokraft because the staff are honest, transparent, and easy to work with. they don't upsell you on service you don't need. they break down the services you do require so it's easy to understand and prioritize for your needs. they were even happy to provide me with the old parts once removed. owner alex was familiar with all the other bay area vw mechanics i had used for the past 15 years! he's super knowledgeable and easy going, as is his colleague manol. these guys are just a pleasure to deal with. i spent over a year searching for a new mechanic after my previous mechanic retired. soon as i found this shop, it was that gut feeling once i talked with alex that this is the guy. i don't have the fanciest car on the lot, but they take great care of me everytime, and it really means a lot to me. I'm moving out of the area soon, but I'll probably drive 120mi to keep getting service here! thanks for the great service autokraft (and for the car wash - you didn't have to do that, but that was awesome!)
