Big scam on the 16oz! Slowest service! All drinks are wrong! Bread is not even toasted! I confirm with a barista he said the 12oz and 16 are same! So do not order 16 oz. you are just paying more $$ for more ice. I ordered 16oz they gave me an 12oz of the cup. When I got there I told the barista I ordered 16oz , I saw he grabbed a 16oz cup and add more ice poured 12oz cup in the 16oz. So I am paying extra $ just for the ice?! My order supposed be ready at 9:53am when I got there 10:07am they are still making my avocado toast and two other drinks. I ordered 4 drinks they only give me 3. They made you feel like it’s four drinks because they put the granola cup on the drinks tray. What I am gonna do with my food without any drink? All food we ordered wasn’t even toasted. Cold mushy bread. Thanks! So, after my experience I will never go there anymore. Watch out for the scam everyone!
Their Columbian coffee is undeniably the best! And the whole process of pour over that is visible to the customers is amazing along with the sleek, simple & lean interior.
I love Blue Bottle, and I'm thrilled they opened this specific location. I've been visiting weekly for coffee and beans. I'm rating it three stars since they have still refused to open any indoor seating, even though we are in the yellow tier. Everyone is tired of takeout. If they don't open indoor seating soon, I'll find a different coffee spot.
Always a pleasure to get coffee from this location as parking is plenty. Great staff. Not my first visit nor last.
Very Sunny Day and came to enjoy coffee outdoor. There are clearly umbrella stands, but they did not bring out the umbrella. It is ashame that they have this free space and not used it properly. I don't see them too busy to bring set up the umbrella. No manager present?
