    I have been going with Victor at the B st offices in san Mateo for a couple of years now. I have gone as a walk-in and with a scheduled appointment. Upon arrival who ever is at the front desk greets me very politely and lets Victor know I have arrived. Victor is amazing! Very polite and respectful.
