    I contacted Russell's office about a serious issue my family was going through. I didn't know what to expect, but I actually got to speak with the attorney himself and he was patient and thorough. He didn't force me to set up an appointment, but instead offered invaluable advice. I always feel that some attorneys push for the appointment, but he really listened to me and that was so invaluable to me. Thank you, Mr. Nowell.
