Momentum Janitorial does a really good job at understanding what is needed to be cleaned and how to clean it. Our property is quite large and they somehow find a way to keep our property immaculate day in and day out. The management team here goes far beyond our expectations to ensure we are happy. They really do show a genuine caring for the service they provide and do a masterful job at not only implementing the cleaning program but also following through with quality control.

They charge more for their service then our previous company but they also do much more. I like that they provided us with up do date insurance certificates as well as their current workers compensation certificate. This was a priority for us since we had an issue with our last cleaning company. Other things we like is that the employee cleaning our office is always uniformed with a company shirt. They also have a supervisor who communicates with us regularly and is easy to get a hold of. The cleaning service itself is really good and aside from a few small items we are extremely satisfied with their performance so far.

The company where I work recently switched office cleaning companies and hired Momentum Janitorial. I don’t deal with them at all on a management level as that’s not in my description but I will note here they do a much better job cleaning our office then the last company. As an employee I really do notice the difference and my co workers and I really appreciate our company stepping up and hiring a very solid cleaning service. Side note I love how clean the restrooms feel when I show up in the morning.

We moved into our new office building in Brea and the daily office cleaning was not part of our rent which was the arrangement we had at our last office. So we were forced to find our own cleaning company which we had never done before. We contacted Momentum Janitorial and they responded right away. They came in and walked our building with us which I really liked. Some other companies we contacted gave quotes without even coming in which I found odd. They were very professional during the walk through and we liked that they really seemed to know exactly what we needed which was a huge relief. Their quote was about the same price as the others just slightly higher. We choose them because we felt they were the most prepared to provide a quality service and it's be 3 months now that they've be cleaning our office and we are very happy with their performance. I would highly recommend trying this company.

If your looking for a company that will actually do what they say they will than call this company. They guaranteed us a clean office when we hired them and each morning we come in and you can actually tell that someone was in the night before cleaning. We don’t see the cleaning staff because they come in after hours which we like. But the management team here is the best we’ve ever dealt with and regularly checks in with us.
